The Facts.

Every claim in every Strong with Stone video links back to a source on this page. If it's not sourced here, I didn't say it — and if I did say it, it's here.

Follow the money
The Book.
Jabo Waggoner's campaign paid $60,000 to the chairman of a charity created to publish a book about the senator — run out of his event-marketer's office, with a registered lobbyist on its board. Lobbyists bought the book at an RSA Plaza signing businesses paid for. Then the IRS revoked the charity for not filing its returns, and its state registration expired. Every claim cited to a public record.

Money in politics
The Meta Money.
A California tech company wrote a $540,000 check to an Alabama super PAC. Four days later, $70,302.64 of it bought support for Jabo Waggoner's primary. Meta has $3 billion in Alabama data centers. Every line traceable to public filings.

Accountability
The Water Works.
Jabo Waggoner co-sponsored the state takeover of the Birmingham Water Works. He's a named defendant in a $1.6 billion federal lawsuit over that takeover. His answer to WBRC was two words: "No comment." Every claim cited.

The record
His Votes.
Fifteen floor votes across seven issues working Alabamians feel at the kitchen table — wages, healthcare, schools, overtime, the water bill. Six of the seven categories grade HURT. Every vote carries a bill number and a roll call you can open yourself.

21 out of 100.
Alabama Arise Action — a nonpartisan nonprofit that has scored the Legislature for years — gave Jabo Waggoner a 21 out of 100 for 2026, and a 57 for his career. Not our number. Theirs.

The rule
If Strong with Stone says it on camera, it's on this page with a source you can open. Bill numbers, filing dates, roll-call votes, and journalist reporting — every line verifiable. Send anything that looks wrong to info@stone4senate.com and I'll correct it publicly.
Where the money comes from

A grassroots campaign, by the numbers.

Live counts pulled from the campaign's own books — ActBlue, Stripe, and bank deposits. No dollar totals, no donor names, just the shape of the coalition.

About these numbers
Counts include contributions received through ActBlue, Stripe, and bank deposits. Anonymous cash contributions and internal transfers are excluded. Refunded contributions are not counted. “From Alabamians” is the share of individual contributions with an Alabama billing address. Numbers refresh with each monthly campaign-finance update; the full breakdown lives in the monthly report.
